1. Digital Product Nature

All products on Swayy Invites are 100% digital (E-Invites, animated videos, save-the-dates, wedding websites, etc.).
No physical items will be shipped.

2. Order Processing & Delivery

Delivery of E-Invites is done via email or downloadable link shared after purchase.
For customised orders, the initial draft is shared within 24–48 hours (excluding Sundays & public holidays).
For pre-designed templates, downloads are available instantly after payment confirmation.
Delays due to incomplete information from the customer may extend delivery time.

3. Customisation Policy

Customisation includes adding names, dates, venue details, and photos depending on the package selected.
Major layout changes, colour changes, or additional illustrations may require extra charges.
Customers must provide correct information. Swayy Invites is not responsible for errors provided by the customer.

4. Revision Policy

Each customised order includes 1–2 free revisions, depending on the product type.
Additional revisions will incur an extra fee.
Revisions do not include structural redesign or new illustrations unless discussed separately.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Since the products are digital and instantly accessible:

Refunds, returns, or cancellations are NOT allowed once the file/template has been delivered or downloaded.
Refunds are only possible if:
- You were charged twice accidentally, or
- The file is corrupted and cannot be accessed (and we are unable to resolve it).
Custom orders cannot be cancelled once work has begun.

6. Copyright & Usage Policy

All designs are the intellectual property of Swayy Invites.
Customers are granted a personal-use license only.
Redistribution, resale, reproduction, or sharing of the digital designs, animations, or templates is strictly prohibited.
Designs cannot be used for commercial purposes without written permission.

7. Payment Policy

All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase.
We accept major online payment methods (UPI, Cards, Wallets, Net Banking, etc.).
Prices may change without prior notice.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

All customer information (names, photos, event details) is kept confidential.
We do not share or sell customer data to third parties.
Files and data submitted for customisation are used only to complete your order.
