At SwayyInvites, we provide custom digital invitations (JPG, PDF, MP4 files). As these are personalized digital products, they cannot be returned in the same way as physical goods. However, we are committed to customer satisfaction and provide clear guidelines for refunds, exchanges, and service conditions.

✅ Refunds

Refunds are only offered in limited situations, such as:

• If you receive the wrong product or design.

• If there is a technical issue, corruption, or error in the delivered file that makes it unusable.

• If a duplicate payment was made by mistake.

  
  

❌ Non-Refundable Cases

Payments are non-refundable once the final approved digital product has been delivered successfully. Refunds are not possible in cases such as:

• Change of mind after purchase.

• Incorrect details or spelling errors provided by the customer.

• Additional customization requests beyond the agreed scope.

  
  

🔄 Exchanges

Exchanges may be provided in the following case:

• If you receive the wrong digital design or file from our team.

To ensure smooth processing, please review the following:

• Pricing: Our prices are fixed and non-negotiable.

• Payments: 50% advance is required, and the remaining balance after finalization of the card.

• Customization:

  • Text and images can be updated in provided samples.

  • Fonts and colors may be changed.

  • Only images shared by you will be used; repeated image changes are not allowed.

• Revisions: Two free revisions are included after the first draft. Additional revisions or changes after approval will be charged separately.

• File Formats:

  • Final delivery is in JPEG, PNG, PDF or Video format only.

  • Source files are not provided.

  • Conversion to Clickable Smart Card is available at ₹100 per page.

• Watermark:

  • A small watermark “Designed by SwayyInvites” will be included before finalisation.

  • Watermark removal is done after the final approval of the card.
